Program Information

I provide a lower student-teacher ratio (1:6) than the majority of preschool centers. This enables me to dedicate more one-on-one time with children and to help guide them through social interactions with their peers.

I have both child-directed and structured programs focused on the development of different areas. We do Special Learning Days, Monthly Learning Themes, Monthly Field Trip Days, Circle Time and Free Play.

I believe toys are an important part of the developing brain, so I carefully hand pick what kids are exposed to. I adhere to the minimalistic principle and choose quality over quantity. At any given time I have a few toys that the kids choose to play from and rotate them regularly. Where possible, I do my best to avoid using plastic and go for natural materials and colors. Also, I give them plenty of opportunities to be exposed to STEM toys and ideas.
